Commissioning Agent

Sunbelt Engineering is seeking experienced Controls Specialists or Engineers with a commissioning background for work in the Tallahassee and Jacksonville area. Building automation system and HVAC background are preferred. Educational and laboratory commissioning experience will be a big plus. The selected person will be a part of our building quality assurance team. The work entails writing plans for commissioning building systems, specifications, installation check sheets, writing and witnessing functional performance tests of building automation systems.

Mechanical HVAC Engineer

Sunbelt Engineering is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical HVAC design for commercial and institutional facilities. Preferably, this individual will have an EIT and be capable of obtaining a PE in the near future. This work entails job scope definition, interfacing with clients and construction personnel, designing HVAC and/or plumbing systems for building systems, and field construction administration work. This position requires a confident professional, capable of working independently with minimal principal oversight. Outstanding interpersonal skills are necessary for interfacing with our valued clients.
