Sunbelt Engineering delivers comfortable, high performing buildings to a variety of clientele. Our exceptional design experience has allowed us to perform in both complex mechanical renovation work and challenging new construction projects. Our 25 years of mechanical system design have led to our position as the top commissioning (building quality assurance) firm in Northeast Florida for the past 10 years.

We have extensive experience making buildings comfortable and ensuring that complex Building Automation Systems (BAS) perform properly in the hot, humid climate in which we live.

Over these 25 years, Sunbelt personnel have had the opportunity to be a large part of the Jacksonville skyline, Modis, SunTrust, Jacksonville Landing, Riverplace Tower and numerous other buildings. Sunbelt Engineering is recognized as having the top mechanical engineers in North Florida.

Sunbelt has four registered Professional Mechanical Engineers on staff, and a LEED accredited professional dedicated to sustainable building design. We are members of the US Green Building Council, ASHRAE, and the Building Commissioning Association.

Our employees are active members of the North Florida community, contributing talent and time both on and off the job.
